(*)Foreign participants will receive a 10%discount when there is three application from the same institution and 20% if they exceed five application, if they confirm their participation before January 31 2008. Both discounts will be reduced to half if the applications are formed before March 31 2008. From then on there will be no discounts. To access discounts payments must be done before established deadlines.
